1. Agreement
By using tiffynova.com or staying at our apartments, you agree to these Terms.
2. Bookings & Payments
Reservations require accurate information. Payments may be fully required upon booking.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: Insert Time/ Check-out: [Insert Time]. ID required. Extra fees may apply for early or late checkout.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Maintain property, respect staff/guests, follow house rules, report damage, and accept liability for caused damage.
5. Prohibited Activities
No smoking indoors, unregistered guests, parties, illegal substances, or tampering with security systems.
6. Housekeeping & Maintenance
Services vary by booking. Report maintenance issues promptly.
7. Internet Use
WiFi must not be used for illegal activities.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for lost property, injuries due to negligence, or service interruptions beyond our control.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than two weeks before check-in are non-refundable.
Cancellations at least two weeks before check-in qualify for a 75% refund only if the booking was made at least one month in advance.
10. Termination
We may evict guests without refund for violations, unsafe behavior, property damage, or illegal activities.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by Tiffynova Hospitality.
12. Governing Law
These Terms follow Nigerian law.
